I enjoy Amaranth Pro for breakfast. I add skim milk, a few chopped nuts, and a sprinkle of brown sugar. I find that I feel better all morning long when I start my day with Amaranth Pro.

I really like how versatile the Amaranth cereals are. I can eat the instant cereal with water, milk, or fruit juice. I can eat it hot or cold, you name it. This creates more opportunities for me to enjoy the great health benefits that come from the cereal. I like eating it in the morning for breakfast because it isn't too sweet like some other breakfast cereals. I especially like the Amaranth Pro with the extra protein powders in it. It keeps me stronger longer.

BTW, I LOVE the cereal! When I eat it my body knows it is being fed. I
would love to eat it every day, but I don't because I am trying to make
it last longer. It is my favorite breakfast. Sometimes I have it for lunch too.
I think I'm becoming addicted...it's just that other cereals seem so dead and tasteless in comparison and they lack protein and any other food value that you need.

Serving Suggestions
Everyone loves a good recipe or serving suggestion.
Amaranth Pro
Use Amaranth Pro to make your own energy bars:
1 cup Amaranth Pro Cereal
1 1/2 Tbl oil (olive, flax, grape seed, your choice)
1-2 Tbl. Juice, milk, almond milk, or soy milk
1 Tbl. honey or other sweetener (opt.)
Stir thoroughly and press firmly into canning jar ring. Push out carefully onto plate. (Letting the bars sit for ten or so minutes makes the bars firmer and less crumbly.) Makes about three rounds. Variations - add some or all of the following ingredients: finely chopped nuts, shredded or flake coconut, cinnamon or ginger, flavoring extracts. Stir in a tablespoon of almond butter or peanut butter. Enjoy!
