We love Amaranth! Our four-year-old speaks for all of us when he says, "My favorite is the pineapple. And the mango. And the strawberry. And..."
Everyone in the family loves Aztec Power amaranth cereal. Even my picky eater will consume several servings at one sitting! As a Mom, I appreciate the nutritional value and natural sweetening, but I also love the taste and convenience.
I am glad that there are no preservatives and no extra sugar, and no fillers to lessen the nutritional value of the cereal.

As a person that has done Weight Watchers in the past I enjoyed Amaranth Delight because I was able to have a full meal that filled me up for hours without me being hungry.
Later after breakfast I used the point's slide rule and found out that one serving of 2/3 C cereal was only 3 points and with 1 C of fat free milk I got my breakfast for only 5 points. If I had wanted to I could have added warm water and had breakfast for only 3 points, the options are almost endless.

Amaranth Delight has a delightful crunch and a nutty taste from the puffed amaranth.
Enjoy the natural sweetness of the fruit and puffed amaranth. We have not added any sweeteners so that, if desired, you can sweeten to taste.
This instant cereal is made with puffed amaranth, rolled oats, real fruit, apple, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, and active enzymes.

Amaranth Delight Strawberry is a wonderful cereal. It is a healthy breakfast meal as well as it helps to fill me up so that I'm not snacking all day. I would recommend it to any one that is looking for a healthy breakfast cereal.

Amaranth Delight is available in two sizes.
The first is a hefty 1 lb. 8 oz bag, providing plenty of nutrition for the whole family. Due to the added volume of the freeze dried strawberries and freeze dried blueberries in our newest Amaranth Delight, the net weight for the them is 22 oz. At only $8.75 per bag, you get great nutritional value for you money.
The second is a sample bag with 12 oz per bag (10 oz per bag for the strawberry and blueberry). Our sample bags are only $4.95.

I bought some Aztec Power Food - Amaranth Delight (mango flavored) to try.
I added salt, cinnamon, & agave nectar to taste - then water.
I really liked it! It's quick, easy, & filling.

Amaranth Delight
Amaranth Delight is great in a bowl with some added milk. Children and young adults especially like it this way.
Amaranth Delight also serves very well as a topping on yogurt, cottage cheese, and ice cream. As a topping it adds a delightful crunch and fun flavor.
P.S.
We have packed two of the Amaranth Delight flavors in # 10 cans for long term emergency food storage. Each can contains an ozygen absorber, which removes the oxygen from the can. A Brigham Youn University study concludes that cans packed this way should have a shelf life of about 30 years.
The two flavors currently availble are apricot and Strawberry. Each can of Apricot Amaranth Delight contains 2 lb. of cereal. Each Can of Strawberry Amaranth Delight contains 1 lb. 14 oz. of cereal
We priced similar items at two emergency preparedness stores. Both were selling granola for $24.00 per #10 can. They were also selling #10 cans of pancake mix in the $23.00 to $24.00 range. We have priced Amaranth Delight at a bargan price of $15.95 per can. Why not stock up on some now.
Considering all of the world wide economic problems, it would be good to have some long term food storage. Amaranth Delight would be a good addition to your food storage.
