Amaranth Crunch
Amaranth Crunch has plenty of kasha in it, giving you a wonderful crunchiness, as well as good taste and nutrition.
You also enjoy the natural sweetness of the fruit and puffed amaranth. We have not added any sweeteners or salt so that, if desired, you can sweeten or salt to taste.
Kasha is buckwheat whole groats that have been roasted to bring out their delicious flavor and crunchiness. It is not related to wheat and has no gluten.
Buckwheat contains all eight essential amino acids in good proportion and is especially high in the amino acid lysine. Buckwheat is also extremely high in phosphorous, potassium, iron, calcium and is a good source of B-complex, E vitamins, and fiber.
This instant cereal is made with puffed amaranth, rolled oats, real fruit, apple, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, and active enzymes.
This formula is soy free, wheat free, and whey free.

Hi! I have to tell you how much I love your Aztec Power Food cereal. I cannot eat wheat or dairy products, and it has been very hard to find a tasty cereal made with ingredients that I can tolerate. I found it in your products! My favorites are the Amaranth Crunch, Mango and Apricot flavors. Congratulations on a wonderful product. Sincerely, Signe Gillum

Serving Suggestions
Everyone loves a good recipe or serving suggestion.
Amaranth Crunch
Serve Amaranth Crunch with milk or your favorite milk substitute. You can serve it cold, warm, or cooked.
You can add a sweetener or salt if desired.
Amaranth Crunch also serves very well as a topping on yogurt, cottage cheese, and ice cream. As a topping it adds a delightful crunch and fun flavor.
We have packed two of the Amaranth Crunch flavors in # 10 cans for long term emergency food storage. Each can contains an oxygen absorber, which removes the oxygen from the can. A Brigham Young University study concludes that cans packed this way should have a shelf life of about 30 years.
The two flavors currently available are Mango and Strawberry.
Each can of Mango Amaranth Crunch contains 2 lb. 10 oz. of cereal
Each can of Strawberry Amaranth Crunch contains 2 lb. 2 oz. of cereal
We priced similar items at two emergency preparedness stores. Both were selling granola for $24.00 per #10 can. They were also selling #10 cans of pancake mix in the $23.00 to $26.00 range. We have priced Amaranth Crunch at a bargan price of $19.95 per can. Why not stock up on some now.
Considering all of the world wide economic problems, it would be good to have some long term food storage. Amaranth Crunch would be a good addition to your food storage. Please note that we have a limited quantity still available and may have to substitute a flavor if we run out of a flavor.
